A Family Beach Day in Qatar: What to Pack for Your Daughter

A short packing list for a beach day in Qatar, from the swimsuit to the trip home.

To wear

• A full-coverage swimsuit set: a top with matching shorts
• For long hours in the sun, a long sleeve design covers more skin
• An Extra Tight Short underneath if she wants another layer of coverage

Sun protection

• Every Wavy swimsuit is rated UPF 50+ and blocks over 97.5% of UV rays
• Sunscreen for her face, hands, and any skin the swimsuit does not cover
• A shaded spot for breaks, especially around midday

After swimming

• A bottle of fresh water to rinse salt and sand out of the swimsuit before it dries
• A separate bag for the wet swimsuit, so it stays away from dry clothes
• Once home, hang it to dry in the shade
• A change of clothes. The front zip makes changing quicker
