Returns & Exchanges
• You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners intact
• For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item shows any signs of use
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected

Defective Items
• If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a free replacement or return
• Please contact us within 3 days with clear photos of the issue

Refunds
• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
• Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
